After years of a very successful course on the gastronomic field of Thessaloniki, the award-winning team of Glykanisos and MAREA restaurants has expanded its tasty family with an addition for the meat lovers.
IBERICO was created shortly before we say goodbye to 2021, by Christos and Stavros Sotiroudis. Two brothers with decades of experience in the business and a thorough knowledge of the excellent food and wine experience.

In IBERICO, the art of taste meets the art of hospitality, in a highly aesthetic space.
Casual elements prevail in the interior, where the industrial design meets a neoclassical decorative approach.
Metal, wood, glass, and velvet meet harmoniously in the comfortable hall, while the centuries-old monastery door that belonged to a Romanian museum organically coexists with the stonewall, the wooden floors and the classic chandeliers.
Modern dry aging refrigerators and an impressively large wine cellar perfectly complement the environment.
The high design continues on IBERICO’s unique roof top, where the harbor views and the reminiscing atmosphere, in the light of the most impressive urban sunsets, create a cinematic setting.
